Toxins & Minerals Water Report

Sentry Wellness System & Whole House System

Tap Score's SimpleLab tested for contaminants and minerals in three samples of water from Tempe, AZ in 2025. Sample 1 is untreated water. Sample 2 was treated with the under-sink Sentry Wellness System for 6 months. Sample 3 was treated with the Sentry Whole House System for 12 months.

This testing shows significant decreases in harmful toxins like Arsenic, Fluoride, Lead, Uranium & more, as well as an increase in healthy minerals like pH and Alkalinity.

PFAS Water Report

Sentry Wellness System & Whole House System

Tap Score's SimpleLab tested for PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in three samples of water from Tempe, AZ in March 2024. Sample 1 is untreated water. Sample 2 was treated with the Sentry Wellness System. Sample 3 was treated with the Sentry Whole House System.

This testing shows significant decreases in PFAS in the water samples treated by the Sentry Wellness System and Sentry Whole House System.

Vinyl Chloride Water Report

Sentry Wellness System

Summit Environmental Technologies, Inc. tested East Palestine water samples for vinyl chloride in May 2023.

The testing included untreated lab controls, treated samples used to verify vinyl chloride recovery, and a treated non-spiked water sample.

Result: No vinyl chloride was detected in the treated by Sentry H2O, non-spiked East Palestine water sample.
