SHIPPING

Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, orders placed after March 15, 2023 are currently being processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous States) – FREE GROUND SHIPPING
• Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico - $10.00
• International Shipping (Canada & Mexico) - $20.00

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CleanWater@SentryH2O.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

If you are shipping product to a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped using USPS as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
